Normalizing LGBTQ+ characters has never felt this liberating!
ATYPICAL
What could ever go wrong with an autistic dude passionate about the ocean life? Absolutely nothing!

Especially when he's got such an awesome sister. One of the best shows since 2017. The show revolves around Sam - the autistic protagonist - and his venture into adulthood.
This sure is a show you would regret not watching sooner!
BOJACK HORSEMAN
Need I say more? Bojack Horseman is the one animated series every adult needs in their life. The way they unravel trivial situations through their characters is worth applauding; almost every aspect of the show is symbolic to be perceived in many forms.

Bojack Horseman is probably the only show (in my opinion) vocal about Asexuality and delves deeper into the mind of being an Ace through one of their main characters. No more spoilers, just add it to your watchlist already!
SPECIAL
A one season Netflix Originals starring a gay man with cerebral palsy and his endeavor to wholly experience his gayness. It's the perfect show to help you from series crisis.

BONDING
Yet another one season show produced by Netflix that dives into the concept of BDSM. The show provides just the right amount of steaminess, confusion, and plain weirdness.

It also portrays the life of a young gay man new into the world of all shades of Grey, perhaps even more.
SEX EDUCATION
One of the best acclaimed shows of 2019 with its recent comeback in January, stepped into the exploration of the queer identity.

The proper representation of asexuality and pan/bisexuality is probably one thing that was missing from the entertainment industry, not to mention the ever prevalent erasure of other sexualities aside from the obvious (homosexuals). The show provides limitless mockery at the stereotypes attached to belonging in the community.
THE HAUNTING of HILL HOUSE
Regardless of its title and plot, The Haunting of Hill House swiped left on the stereotypical imagery of a lesbian/wlw.

No more snapbacks, tattoos, pixie haircut, jersy t-shirts, and dark emo makeup. If anything, you'll be in for a treat once you see the lesbian characters in the show. It is excitingly haunting.
GRACE & FRANKIE
The perfect weekend show to binge watch on, Grace & Frankie is a heartwarming show about two women whose husbands found love in each other (aww!) Hilariously relatable, the show will take you for a journey.
